Managing your subscription with So Body Co is easy and flexible — all handled through Recharge. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about signing up, changing deliveries, pausing, skipping, and cancelling.


How do I sign up for a subscription?

Simply choose the subscription option on the product page and complete checkout. Your first order will be processed immediately, and future orders will be automatically scheduled based on your chosen frequency.

Can I get my subscription order earlier than usual?

Yes! When logged in to your Recharge account, you can easily adjust your next delivery date to receive your order sooner. Just select the new date that suits you.

How do I pause my subscription?

Need a break? Log in to Recharge and select the “Pause Subscription” option. Your deliveries will be temporarily suspended and can be restarted anytime.

If you want to skip a specific shipment but keep your subscription active, simply log in and choose “Skip Next Delivery” for that cycle.
