How do I sign up for a subscription?

When you start your order you have a choice of a one-time purchase or subscribe and save.

Only the latter starts a 30-day subscription, which is easy to manage, you can manage it yourself with a link we give you or just us know and we will manage it for you.

What do I do if my order has already shipped but I wish to cancel it?

If the order you wish to cancel has already been shipped, you can still return it for a refund upon delivery. Please return the item(s) to our specified return address ensuring your order number or full name and address is included so we can process the return. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund.
