Our refund and exchange policy lasts for 90 days. To be eligible for a refund or exchange all you need to do is return your item back to us (and yes even if it's empty we will still accept it).

How do I exchange an item?

We accept exchanges on both Peptigen+ and CollaSlim (we do not accept exchanges for any other items). To register for an exchange please contact our customer support team and let us know that you will be returning your item and which item you would like to receive in return.

To complete your return, be sure to include your name and address or your original order number on a note inside the parcel.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your exchange.

To return your product, please mail your item/s to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

 

How do I return an item?

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 7 working days for your bank to show the credit back in your account.

Fair Use Policy

Customers are encouraged to purchase products based on their actual needs. In instances where it is determined that a customer has purchased more products than reasonably necessary, So Body Co. reserves the right to exercise discretion in processing returns.

If, in the sole discretion of So Body Co., it is determined that a customer has exceeded reasonable purchasing quantities, we may decline the return of said products. This is to ensure that our returns process is fair to all customers and prevents abuse of our policies.

In cases where a return is subject to discretion, the customer will be contacted by our customer service team to discuss the specifics of the situation. We believe in open communication and will work towards finding a resolution that is fair and reasonable for both parties.
