You will need to either join the loyalty programme or sign in to your existing account.

Once signed in, you will be able to:

• View your current points balance
• See the rewards available to you
• Redeem your points for discount codes

How do I use my reward?

Once you have enough points, simply select the reward you would like to redeem.

If you are placing a one-off order:
You will receive a discount code which you can enter at checkout.

If you already have a subscription:
Redeem the reward through your loyalty account and the discount will automatically be applied to your upcoming subscription order.

Please note that receiving an email to say you have earned points does not necessarily mean you have enough points to redeem a reward yet. Log in to your loyalty account to see your full balance and the rewards currently available to you.
