My order says delivered but I haven’t received it — what should I do?Updated a day ago
We’re really sorry to hear your parcel hasn’t turned up — even though it’s showing as delivered.
Here’s what to do first:
Double-check the delivery address used on your order (you’ll find it in your order confirmation email).
Look around your property — sometimes parcels are left in safe places like behind a bin, in a porch, or with a neighbour.
Ask other members of your household in case someone accepted it without mentioning it.
If it’s still missing after checking the above, we’ll either resend your order or issue a refund once we’ve confirmed the delivery issue.
