If your order is yet to be delivered please check the tracking number in your shipment email, this will give you the most up-to-date information.

If you selected Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery (£1), you can expect your parcel to arrive in 1-2 business days.

If you selected Free Standard Shipping, you can expect your parcel to arrive in 4-6 business days/

Please do not contact us until it has gone past the above timescales as we will not be able to help.

All our parcels are shipped on the next business day after you ordered (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). If you ordered your parcel on a Friday or Saturday this will not be shipped until Monday morning.

Your estimated delivery time starts from when the parcel is shipped, not when the parcel is ordered.
